Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with a leading real estate firm in the UAE to identify an exceptional Senior Valuation Manager for their Valuations & Advisory division.

If you are MRICS qualified, have built your expertise across UAE real estate valuations, and are ready to take on a senior leadership role within a high-performing team — this is the opportunity for you.

The Role

You will be responsible for the management, delivery, and quality control of real estate valuation and advisory services across the UAE — managing client relationships, overseeing team output, and driving the commercial growth of the department.

What We're Looking For

MRICS required — RICS Registered Valuer status essential
7+ years post-qualification experience in Valuations & Advisory
3+ years UAE market experience
Strong command of Red Book methodologies — comparison, income, residual & cost
Mortgage valuation panel experience with UAE lenders
DCF analysis & transaction support advisory
DLD, RERA & IFRS 13 awareness

Key Responsibilities

RICS Red Book valuations across residential, commercial, mixed-use & advisory
Mortgage valuation panel delivery for UAE lenders
Financial modelling, feasibility studies & DCF analysis
Client relationship management & fee proposals
Team leadership, mentoring & QC oversight
Business development & risk compliance
