Job Summary

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for the food products portfolio, ensuring achievement of business growth objectives, increased market share, and strong brand positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage the brand P&L and ensure profitability targets are achieved
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D)
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (ATL / BTL / Digital)
  • Monitor brand performance using KPIs and recommend corrective actions
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, media, research)
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels
  • Support the sales team with brand-driven initiatives and activations

  • Approve brand-related marketing plans
  • Manage allocated budgets within approved limits
